Citi Global Wealth wins big at the Wealth Tech Awards

June 7, 2023
SUMMARY

Citi received awards in two categories of the Financial Times PWM Wealth Tech Awards: ‘Best private bank for big data analytics and AI (global)’ and ‘Best private bank for use of technology (global).’

These awards recognize and celebrate technology innovation in the wealth management industry, highlighting companies and products that use technology to enhance client experience, streamline operations, and improve investment outcomes.

Phil Watson, EMEA Chief Innovation Officer and Head of Platform Development & Innovation, commented: Innovation lies at the heart of Citi’s Global Wealth business model and strategy to support advisors and improve our clients’ experience. Clients expect an experience that offers a fully digital and seamless experience, hyper-personalized advice and solutions, and the ability to responsibly manage their investments portfolio.

This includes technology that augments our capacity to deliver value and improve the quality of their interaction with relationship managers and advisors by saving time that can be redirected towards our clients globally. And we are well positioned to deliver value now and in the future. Congratulations to our dedicated team for their hard work and commitment – and thank you to the judging panel for this recognition.

The Wealth Tech Awards are a part of Professional Wealth Management (PWM), which is published by the Financial Times.
