Jane became CEO of Citi in March 2021.  She is the first female CEO in the firm’s history. Previously, she was President of Citi and CEO of the Global Consumer Bank.

Jane has also served as CEO of Citigroup Latin America, CEO of US Consumer and Commercial Banking and CitiMortgage, CEO of Citi Private Bank and Global Head of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Before joining Citi, Jane was a partner at McKinsey & Company. She started her career in mergers & acquisitions at Goldman Sachs and then worked for Asesores Bursátiles.

Jane is Vice Chair for Partnership for New York City and a member of the Harvard Business School’s Board of Dean’s Advisors, the Stanford Global Advisory Board, the Economic Club of New York and the Council on Foreign Relations.

Jane has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a master’s in economics from Cambridge University.

James (Jim) O'Donnell was appointed to lead Citi Global Wealth upon its creation in January 2021. In this role, he oversees the Private Bank and the other parts of Citi’s Consumer Wealth organization. Previously, he was Global Head of Investor Sales and Relationship Management within Citi’s Markets and Securities Services Division. He joined Citi in July 1999 as Head of European Equities, becoming Head of US Equities in 2004. 

Prior to Citi, Jim was President and CEO of HSBC Securities in New York and CEO of HSBC James Capel, HSBC's Global Equity business. Before that, he was President and CEO of NatWest Securities in the US. He held various roles at Drexel Burnham Lambert from 1986 to 1990, including Head of Sales and Trading for International Equities and Co-Head of Global Equity Trading.

Jim holds bachelor's degree in comparative religion from Princeton University.

Ida leads Citi’s private banking activities globally, overseeing the delivery of wealth management strategies to ultra-high net worth families and their businesses. She is also a member of the Global Wealth Management Leadership Team.

Previously, Ida led the Private Bank in North America. She joined the Private Bank in 2007, launching and heading the Fashion, Retail and Entertainment Group.

Prior to Citi, Ida was at Vivienne Tam, a women’s wear design house, where she was Global Head of Sales, Marketing, Public Relations and Business Development. Before that, Ida spent seven years in investment banking with Merrill Lynch’s mergers & acquisitions and technology, media and telecommunications investment banking groups in New York and Hong Kong. She started her career in mergers and acquisitions at BT Wolfensohn, now Deutsche Bank.

Ida is a Young Global Leader (YGL) of the World Economic Forum and a member of The Committee of 100 (C100) and Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). 

Additionally, Ida is a member of the Citi Women Steering Committee and serves as co-lead of Citi's Asian Heritage Affinity.

Ida holds a bachelor’s from Wellesley College and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

In 2023, Ida was named on Barron’s fourth annual list of the 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance.

Paco is responsible for ICG’s worldwide operations, comprising Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory, Markets and Securities Services, and Treasury & Trade Solutions. 
Prior to his current role in May 2019, Paco was Global Head of Markets and Securities Services. He joined the bank in 1987 in Spain as a Management Associate. He previously held positions in Spain, Mexico, Singapore, New York and London. In November 2006, he became Co-Head of Global Fixed Income, and in 2011 he was appointed Global Head of Markets. 

Paco holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Valencia in Spain and an MBA from I.E.S.E. in Barcelona.

David has overall responsibility for Citi Global Wealth Investments, which unifies the Investments teams of the Private Bank and the Consumer Bank worldwide.

As Chief Investment Officer, David ensures the integration of our asset allocation, manager research and portfolio management teams, and offers his perspectives on the markets.

David joined the Private Bank in 2009 as the Global Head of Managed Investments. He designed the architecture of our global managed investments platform, including its Citi Investment Management unit, and our distinctive private equity, real estate, hedge fund and traditional investment teams. He became Global Head of Investments in October of 2017.

Prior to joining Citi, David was Head of Alternative Investment Asset Management for Bank of America Global Wealth and Investment Management, where he was responsible for client alternative investments across private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds. He has been a co-founder of a hedge fund of funds, Martello Investment Management, and a senior executive at two leading hedge funds, John W. Henry and Company and Ellington Management Group.

David holds a BA with honors from Amherst College and an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School.

Giuliano has overall responsibility for the investment finance and banking offerings of the Private Bank and of Citi Global Wealth worldwide.

Previously, he served as Citi Country Officer for Italy, Italian Global Consumer Bank Market Manager, and Head of the Financial Institutions Group for Italy. He began his career at Citi in 1986 as an executive trainee on the Italian corporate team, fulfilling various roles within the corporate bank in Italy and New York.

Giuliano has held several board positions including Citifinancial Italia SpA, Associazione Bancaria Italiana (Italian Banking Association) and Associazione Italiana Banche Estere (Association of Foreign Banks in Italy). He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bocconi University.

Since 2009, Naz has led the Law Firm Group business, bringing more than three decades of experience to providing financial advice and services to our attorney and law firm clients.

Previously, Naz served as the Global Market Manager for London and the US East Coast and was a senior Private Banker for more than 15 years.
